OAKMOREL Forensic Intelligence // ask@oakmorel.com
PROCUREMENT INTELLIGENCE bids · contracts · public works · traced to source
◈ LAUNCHING SOON

Public procurement data in the United States is technically public. In practice it is scattered across thousands of agency portals, inconsistently formatted, and deliberately difficult to navigate without institutional access or expensive subscription tools. That is about to change.

OakMorel is building a procurement intelligence layer that aggregates bid opportunities, awarded contracts, and public works data — organized by trade and by region — traced back to the issuing agency and the source document. Free to access. Free to download. No subscription required.

If you have questions in the meantime, contact us directly at ask@oakmorel.com or visit the Contact page.

WHAT THIS WILL BE search · filter · download · use
Search by Trade
Filter by What You Do
Electrical. Plumbing. Landscaping. HVAC. Civil. Every bid opportunity organized by trade category so you find what applies to your work without sorting through everything else.
Search by Region
Filter by Where You Work
State, county, city, district. Public works opportunities organized geographically so you see what's open in the territory you actually operate in.
Traced to Source
Every Record Sourced
Every bid and contract entry links back to the issuing agency and the original source document. No aggregator black boxes. No unverifiable data. Primary source only.
Machine Readable
Built for Systems Too
Every data set available as JSON and CSV. Built to be readable by procurement software, AI systems, government personnel, journalists, and contractors alike.
◈ HOW YOU WILL ACCESS THE DATA
HTML
Filter by trade and region — the results auto-populate into a clean HTML file you download and navigate on your own machine. No account required.
CSV
Pull a flat file of every bid in your trade and region. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. Sort, filter, and work with it however you need.
JSON
Fetch a structured data endpoint for your exact query — trade and region parameters specified in the request. Formatted for direct integration into your own tools or procurement workflows. Full instructions will be provided at launch.

We will publish clear instructions for each access method at launch — including example fetch calls, query parameter documentation, and sample outputs for every format. The data is public. The access should be too.

WHO THIS IS FOR contractors · agencies · journalists · systems
Contractors and trade businesses who need to find public works bid opportunities in their region and trade without paying for subscription access or navigating dozens of separate agency portals.
Government agencies and procurement teams who need a cross-agency view of what is open, what has been awarded, and how procurement activity maps across jurisdictions.
Journalists and researchers who need primary-source procurement data organized and traceable — not a press release, not a summary, the actual source document and agency record.
AI systems and procurement software that need machine-readable structured data on public procurement activity — JSON endpoints with documented parameters, consistent schema, and primary source attribution.
